Terms and Conditions

1. Mentorship Service
My mentorship service provides guidance and advice for individuals seeking support with their Amazon FBA business. Mentees pay a fee on a 30-day basis for one-to-one support, which is provided via private message based communication on the FBA Elite website (I do not offer calls or video sessions).

2. No Guarantee of Results
While I provide advice based on my own experience as an Amazon seller and mentor, results cannot be guaranteed. Outcomes will vary depending on factors such as execution, market conditions and other circumstances beyond my control.

3. Communication & Availability (Monday to Friday, Excluding Bank Holidays)
Messages are reviewed and responded to Monday to Friday on working days only (excluding UK bank holidays). Messages received on weekends or bank holidays will be responded to on the next working day. Messages received on Fridays may be responded to on the next working day.

4. Response Speed
I aim to reply within one working day. If this is not possible, the mentorship period will be extended by one day for each missed working day, added to the end of the final mentorship period.

5. Scope of Work Limitations
Mentorship focuses on guidance, support, feedback and second opinions. I do not carry out tasks on your behalf such as product sourcing or listing creation, but I am happy to review work you have completed. Product analysis is limited to one product per day and PPC optimisation reviews are limited to one per week.

6. Contract, Cancellations & Refunds
Mentorship operates on a rolling 30-day basis with no minimum term. Mentees may cancel at any time by cancelling their PayPal recurring payment or by messaging me through the FBA Elite website. I reserve the right to cancel the mentorship at any time or to choose not to offer a renewal at the end of a current period. If either party chooses to cancel during an active period, a pro-rata refund will be provided for any unused time.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the mentorship service.

8. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
These terms may be updated from time to time and any changes take effect once published on the FBA Elite website. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
