1. Mentorship Service
My FBA Elite Mentorship service is designed to provide guidance and advice to individuals seeking assistance with their Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) business. Mentees pay a monthly fee for access to my mentorship service, which includes the ability to message questions about their Amazon FBA business to me.

2. No Guarantee of Results
While I strive to provide valuable advice and guidance based on my own experience as a successful Amazon seller and mentor, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Selling on Amazon involves numerous variables, and results may vary depending on individual circumstances, market conditions, and other factors beyond my control.

3. Rolling 30-Day Contract
The mentorship service operates on a rolling 30-day contract basis. There is no minimum contract period, and mentees may cancel their subscription at any time without penalty. You may cancel the contract by either canceling your monthly PayPal recurring payment profile or by messaging me through the FBA Elite website.

4. Communication Methods
All mentorship communication takes place on a private forum hosted on the FBA Elite website. I do not offer video calls, telephone calls, or conference calls as part of my mentorship service. All communication between mentees and me is message-based.

5. Speed of Reply
I aim to reply to all messages within 24 hours. If for any reason I am not able to reply within 24 hours, I will extend the current period of mentorship by 1 day for each 24-hour period that no reply is received.

6. Minimum Number of Replies
I check mentorship messages at least once per day. If you message me every day, you will receive a minimum of 30 replies for each mentorship period.

7. Scope of Work
My mentorship aims to advise and guide you as you progress with your Amazon business. I do not undertake tasks on your behalf, such as finding products or writing listings. However, I am happy to offer second opinions on products you have found or assist with optimizing listings.

8. Refund Policy
If a mentee is not 100% satisfied with the mentorship provided, I offer a full refund of the current month's mentorship fee. This refund excludes any previous months for which mentorship fees have already been paid.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or in connection with the use of my mentorship service.

10. Modification of Terms
I reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the FBA Elite website. It is the responsibility of mentees to review these terms periodically for changes.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
